Growing tomorrow's leaders today! Festival Del Algodon is a celebration of the cotton grown in Willacy County.

Festival Del Algodon was established in 2015 by a group of local School Board Members in order to raise money in support of Academic Scholarships for graduating seniors of local high schools. The profits generated by the event will be used to award scholarships to graduating seniors from Raymondville ISD, Lyford CISD, Lasara ISD & San Perlita ISD. We believe that just as the abundant cotton grows

in Willacy County, with these scholarships we will also be "growing tomorrow's leaders today!"

Join us at the 1st Annual Festival Del Algodon as we bring you a 2 day Music Festival, IBCA Sanctioned Cook-Off, Ranch Rodeo & Carnival.
