It’s “all yellow” out here in Frederick, MD as fall weather rolls in this week and we reach peak leaf peeping season 🍁

Things to expect:

❄️ Winter invites us to slow down, turn inward, and listen. This weekend retreat is designed for active women in midlife to reconnect with their changing bodies, explore what they want from the next phase, spend time in nature, and experience the power of community

🐦‍🔥 Through workshops, storytelling, journaling, movement, small group activities, shared meals, and fireside conversations, we’ll honor the stories that have shaped us—and begin imagining the stories we want to write next

ℹ️ Spaces will be limited (15-20 participants). Entry will include meals, lodging, activities, workshops, and more. Stay tuned for additional info coming soon and registration opening this November!

📣 SOMETHING NEW IS COMING!! In 2027, we’re combining forces and collaborating with some of our favorite people to offer a variety of cycling camp & retreat options that incorporate road, gravel, mountain, and mixed-surface rides along with other outdoor and wellness-focused activities.

BASECAMP KITTEN CYCLING RETREATS: We can’t let the kittens completely out of the bag just yet, but we’re in talks with some rad folks: Anne Cochrane from Sacred Trees Retreats along with Jill Patterson, Hills MTB Skills, and She Shreds Shed to name a few as we work on curating unique experiences for all types of riders 🤘
