The racing community is grieving the loss of Kyle Busch.

For many of us in quarter midgets, Kyle wasn’t just a name we watched on Sundays, he was someone we stood alongside in the pits at nationals. A dad, focused on his son, supporting, teaching, and soaking in those moments at the track.

He was always kind and approachable. And when the time was right, he made sure the kids had their moment too, taking time for autographs and making them feel seen. That’s what sticks with you.

His loss is felt deeply across the racing community, from the grassroots level all the way up.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Busch family during this incredibly difficult time.

We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport's greatest and fiercest drivers. He was 41 years old.

We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.
