Our good friends at Mamma Mia Italian Bistro in Apex catered lunch for our photo shoot a couple of weeks ago at Norris House. The food was so delicious we didn’t have time to take a picture of all the scrumptious salad, bread, pasta trays and cannolis! …whoops

We love to work with the team at Mamma Mia! Their sit down restaurant is located in Apex, NC and they are currently in the process of opening a 2nd location in Holly Springs!!

One of the best things about a photo shoot is the new friends that you make. We adore the folks we met from Springwell Gardens, who handled the florals for the shoot. Our sincere thanks go out to them for leaving a few vases of B E A U T I F U L bouquets of flowers and a floral wreath at Norris House. Our guests have oohed and aahed about these gorgeous flowers all last week!

Not only do they create beautiful florals, they grow many of the flowers and greens they use on their own land. You can’t get much more local than that! Next time you need gorgeous, super fresh florals, check out Springwell Gardens.

One week of celebrating National Small Business Week wasn't enough, so we are continuing to highlight NC small businesses.
We'd like to cheer on our friends at the coast, Bogue Sound Distillery. We're particularly fond of their VitzEllen Vodka, which is not only super smooth but also boasts a great story behind the name. We appreciate our clients who allow us to support Bogue Sound and other NC distilleries when they opt to serve locally produced spirits at Norris House during their special events. Thank you!!!

We've decided to take this opportunity to support our small business partners, and our wonderful clients who decide to shop local when creating their custom beverage lists for a special event. Today we celebrate our friends at Seven Jars Distillery down in the Queen City. National Small Business Week continues, and we're thoroughly enjoying the opportunity to highlight some of our partnerships with small businesses in town and around the state. Today we salute our friends at Oak City Amaretto, and cheer their fabulous traditional small batch amaretto made right here in Raleigh. We've been doing our part to spread the word about their delicious product by featuring Oak City Amaretto in our signature cocktails.
