June is Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month — a time to raise awareness, support families, and honor those impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. 💜

We understand the emotional journey that memory loss can bring for both patients and their loved ones. Our team is committed to providing compassionate care, comfort, and guidance every step of the way.

This month, we encourage our community to learn more, support caregivers, and help spread awareness about brain health and dementia care.

You are not alone. 💜

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

At Hospice of Alabama, we are especially grateful for the veterans and military families we have the privilege to serve. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication continue to inspire us every day.

As we gather with family and friends this holiday weekend, may we also take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day and honor those who gave so much for our freedom. 🇺🇸

During National Hospital Week, we recognize the incredible teams who show up every day to care, treat, and support patients at every stage of their journey.

At Hospice of Alabama, we’re proud to work alongside our hospital partners to ensure that when the focus shifts from cure to comfort, every patient’s voice is still heard—and their wishes remain the priority.

Together, we help create a seamless transition centered on dignity, compassion, and what matters most to each individual and their family.

Because great care isn’t just about what we can do—it’s about honoring what patients want.

Thank you to the physicians, nurses, case managers, and hospital staff who trust us to walk this path with them.

🌺 The 2026 National Skilled Nursing Care Week theme, “Moments in Bloom,” honors the meaningful connections, compassionate care, and everyday victories shared within skilled nursing communities. Established in 1967 by the American Health Care Association (AHCA), this annual week-long observance recognizes the vital role skilled nursing centers play in supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities. 🌼

🌻We are especially grateful for the dedication of skilled nursing professionals who nurture comfort, dignity, and quality of life for those entrusted to their care. Thank you to our skilled nursing care community for your partnership in caring for our residents and patients! 💐
