Remember the great kosher bbq era of our Brisket King NYC events with 2 consecutive Kosher BBQ chefs winning 1st place:
2016 Champion, The Wandering Que , Ari White
2017 Champion, Izzy's Brooklyn BBQ, Sruli Edelman.

September 2017 they flew down to Franklin BBQ in Austin Texas to make kosher brisket with Texas Monthly's Daniel Vaughn and maestro Aaron Franklin.
