This Juneteenth Quiet Corner Pride celebrates the freedom, resilience, creativity and joy of Black communities and culture.

We also want to recognize and honor the Black LGBTQ+ individuals whose voices have helped shape both the fight for racial justice and the movement for LGBTQ+ equality.

From music and poetry to activism and leadership , Black LGBTQ+ voices have enriched our communities and helped create a more inclusive world for all of us.

As we celebrate today we also remember that freedom, equity and belonging are things we must continue expanding andworking towards together.

Wishing our Black friends, neighbors and community members a meaningful and joyful Juneteenth.

Save the date for Quiet Corner Pride’s Community Field Day on September 13, 2026!

Our Field day will be a totally judgement free opportunity to get a little competitive, rock your coolest gym shorts or sweats and maybe even participate in something you would have never done in school!

We’ll have classic field day favorites like balloon tosses, three-legged races, tug-of-war and more!

Whether you’re competing or cheering from the sidelines…..everyone is welcome.
