DAM J.A.M. 2026 is in the books — 439 riders, 12 states, and a whole lot of grateful cyclists who leaned on Northeast Oklahoma's volunteer ham radio network to get them safely down the road and back.

Five weeks ago we opened up the Tulsa Amateur Radio Club's (TARC) equipment fund to DAM J.A.M. riders for the first time, hoping a few people would want to say thanks to the unpaid volunteers who make SAG support possible through their communications infrastructure. Your generosity helped push TARC's fund to about a third of the way toward the $3,000 they hoped would give it a strong start—an early step toward a much bigger long-term equipment reserve.

If you rode Saturday and haven't had a chance to give yet, the fund's still open. Every dollar is tax-deductible and goes straight to TARC—never to pay volunteers, since federal law doesn't allow that anyway.

And just like that, months of preparation came to a close when our last rider finished at 4:18pm.

We are so thankful to everyone who made today special and braved the heat.

More photos will be posted in the coming days and a survey will be sent out to riders next week.

Drink some water and get home safe.
