Fish Lake 5K Festival

Fish Lake 5K Festival The Fish Lake 5K Festival is an annual outreach event sponsored by Fish Lake Immanuel Lutheran Church. The 5K is on May 3, 2026.

Check-in is at 12:00pm and the race starts at 1:00pm. All silent auction winners will be announced at 3:00pm. The Annual Fish Lake 5K is held the first Sunday in May. The Fish Lake 5K Run/Walk is a race on a certified 5K course. The very scenic course winds around Fish Lake in rural Scott county. The course is 75% paved and 25% gravel with one moderate hill. This Family Friendly event also feature

s a free Minnows 1/4 mile fun run for children, a silent auction, free entertainment and many other free fun family activities. A concession stand is also available.

If you are planning to run/walk the 5K this Sunday and you have not registered, there is still time to pre-register before 6PM Saturday. This would help us be prepared for Sunday. The LELS Benevolent Fund provides support and financial aid for the families of LELS members and the families of other Minnesota Public Safety Professionals, who are seriously injured or killed in the line of duty, regardless of their union membership. Every dollar raised at our event this year, from registrations fees or silent auction proceeds, will benefit this organization. We would love to see a huge crowd!

Come on out to the fish fry at Immanuel this Friday from 4:30 to 6:30. The Fish Lake 5K Festival committee is hosting. All proceeds to benefit the 5K Festival so that all the funds raised at the Festival will go directly to help the families of fallen or severely injured first responders. Immanuel hosts the "best" fish fry around!

All registration fees will be collected at the race check-in, on May 3rd, at the Spring Lake Township Hall. Cash or check accepted. All registration fees will be donated to the Law Enforcement Labor Services (LELS) Benevolent Fund. The first 100 registered racers will receive a free t-shirt! Prizes will be awarded for many age groups.

Tomorrow (Sunday) is the big day! Please join us to support fallen and severely injured first responders. Register in person starting at noon. Besides the 5K , the minnows run and great food, there will be lots of kids activities including a first responder vehicle fair.
