🎶A Weekend of Live Music in the Grassroots District

We’ve got a beautiful weekend of local music ahead and we’d love to see you out supporting these wonderful musicians and neighborhood spaces. 💛

☕ Friday | Emma Shirey at The Dream Bean
Join us for an intimate evening of acoustic music with the amazing Emma Shirey from 7–9 PM. Cozy vibes, coffee, community, and beautiful live music and storytelling.

🎸Keep the evening going with local favorite and Open Mic regular Gary Meadows and his band Nuthin' Fancy at the brewery!

🍻 Saturday | Old Soul Reunion at Number 9 Brewing Company
This one feels extra special. ✨

Old Soul Reunion brings together musicians and staff from RiffRaff Arts Collective (Robert Blankenship, Lori McKinney & Jordan Furrow), Stages Music School (James Hart), and The Dream Bean (Ryan Perkins) for an evening of soulful songwriting, funky jams and tight harmonies at our fantastic neighborhood brewery from 7–9 PM.

🎤 Sunday | Mosh4All x East West Tattoo at 809 Mercer
The music continues Sunday with a full day of bands, with touring headliners and local.support like the young and talented Harrower, who many of you may recognize from frequent appearances at open mic nights at The Dream Bean. 🤘

It’s one of those beautiful reminders of how interconnected our little creative neighborhood really is. 🌀

Come grab a coffee, enjoy a drink, support local music, and spend the weekend with us in downtown Princeton. We can’t wait to see you. 💫

✨ Feeling inspired this morning.

We had the chance to spend time in downtown Bluefield last night for the grand opening of Bella’s Tea & Coffee Shop and the Bluefield in Bloom Festival, and wow… it felt so beautiful to see downtown alive with energy, people, music, and connection. 💛

It made us even more excited for today’s ✨ 🚎 All Together Arts Trolley Hop through Bluefield & Bramwell!

☕ Come fuel up and hang out at Bella’s before we board the trolley at noon! Enjoy breakfast sandwiches, delicious coffee, tea, and more while soaking in the welcoming vibe of this beautiful new downtown space.

We’re so lucky to be part of such a vibrant creative community here in Mercer County, and we’re excited explore it, from the immersive wonder of Gary Bowling’s House of Art, to grand historic theaters like the Granada, beautiful galleries and shops, public art, creative spaces, and the powerful Travelers Inn mural, plus charming gems like the Bramwell Corner Shop in lovely downtown Bramwell.

There’s so much happening across Mercer County this weekend from the all day music experience of Eddiefest to creative workshops at Hammer & Stain, Mad Mud Studios and Lilacs and Laughter and even Homer Hickman at Hatters Bookshop!

Tonight, catch the Prince tribute concert at Chuck Mathena Center, Chosen Road in concert at The Granada Theater - BARC, live music at Number 9 Brewing Company and Modad's, and so much more.

Our hearts are heavy alongside so many in our community. 💙🖤

We are holding close the families, friends, classmates, teachers, and all who loved the two young men who tragically lost their lives yesterday, as well as Jack, the transit bus driver who remains in critical condition, and all who love him too.

For those looking for a way to support one of the families during this incredibly difficult time, a fundraiser has been created here:

05/07/2026

For the past 15 years, we’ve worked alongside fantastic artists, arts organizations, and creatives across Mercer County to help build a more connected, collaborative creative community, and shine a light on the vibrant culture that exists here through All Together Arts Week.

From the very beginning, so many wonderful people dove in and helped shape this vision, dreaming together about what this community could become. One thing that came up again and again was the wish for a central place where people could discover what’s happening in the arts across Mercer County… a shared calendar, a shared doorway, a way to find one another.

Over the years, All Together Arts has taken many forms, from community conversations and kickoff celebrations to gallery hops, trolley tours, performances, and the beloved Grand Finale Parade and Day of Merriment. But as time moved forward, finding two back-to-back Saturdays every May became increasingly difficult, and some of the logistics, like street closures and trolley availability, continued to shift. And honestly… we’ve learned that it’s okay for things to evolve.

Just like Culturefest eventually found a new home downtown after 18 years in Pipestem, we realized this year that maybe the answer wasn’t trying to force everything into one single week.

Maybe every week should be All Together Arts Week. 💛

So this year, a new chapter of All Together Arts is taking shape:
✨ alltogetherarts.com ✨

A platform created to help us all find each other, cross-pollinate, collaborate, and grow together...and to help more people throughout Mercer County and beyond discover the incredible creative energy, opportunities, and community that exist right here at home.

This website is our love letter to the artists, musicians, performers, makers, educators, dreamers, venues, and organizers who make this place so special. We’re simply opening the door wider and saying:

“Come see what’s happening here.”

As we gear up for the 🚎 All Together Arts Trolley Hop adventures:

🚎 Friday, May 8 — Princeton & Athens
🚎 Saturday, May 16 — Bluefield & Bramwell

…we’d love to invite you to explore the site, ride the trolley, discover new places, and meet new creative neighbors along the way.

Please take some time to explore all the pages and listings on the website, and feel free to reach out if there’s something we’ve missed or should add. This platform is meant to grow alongside the community it celebrates.

And if you know someone who is new to the area, looking for connection, hoping to make friends, or wanting to deepen their creative roots here, please send them our way. There truly is something for everyone in Mercer County.

We are so grateful to be part of this creative community.

Happy All Together Arts 💫
