*Chef Dylon Kelly was born and raised a Yavapai County native hailing from Jerome. Starting his culinary career in Sedona and gaining experience as far as Philadelphia, Chef Dylon has cultivated unique and vibrant talents as a Chef over his 16 years in the industry. Blending Classical training, Modern Gastronomy, and artistic creativity to make a style all his own. Chef Dylon found his passion for fine dining in Japanese cuisine specializing in Sushi and Ramen in his early years to later grow well versed in European, Asian, and Latin cuisine.
