Over the last several months, we have been engaged in a nationwide competition to determine the 50 Best Running Stores in America. We are pleased to announce that after nominations from our customers (YOU), vendor recommendations, credit checks, a secret shopper, and video & essay submissions, WE WON BEST STORE IN AMERICA!!!

2018 was the 10th Annual Speedy Skunk Run!! We are so thankful for our wonderful sponsors and all of the runners for their support! We also give special thanks to our amazing volunteers!! Congratulations to our Overall Winners: Abrena Rine - 10K; Trail McFarland - 10K; and Bekah Bostian - 5K. Also a special congratulations to Brian Hurley, our 5K Overall Winner, as he set a course record in 2017 by 43 seconds, then broke that record this year by another 35 seconds for a final time of 15:28!!

Also, pictures are now posted and I ask runners to please tag themselves, so FB will share them with their family and friends!

Speedy Skunk Run proceeds benefit Meals On Wheels and the Backpack Program, which both fight hunger in our communities! We thank everyone involved, as do our charitable programs, for making the race a success!!

Check it out!!!! This is a blanket done by Sewing A Seed for Mike Rush. It contains about 70 different race shirts that Mike and Ali have accumulated since 1994. It's currently on display at the Bentonville store. Come check it out!!!

I am getting many questions regarding the weather plan for tomorrow. We will still run in the rain. At race time if lightning is an issue, we will delay the start of the race. We will make every effort to run the race tomorrow. Should the lightning persist, cancellation is a possibility. I feel fairly positive that the rain will be leaving NWA before race time. See everyone tomorrow!
