Well, we were a part of history in Minot ND last year. They are closing the doors to what once was the largest Scandinavian festival in North America for the past 47+ years!
It was something truly beautiful. Food, Culture and history were taught to younger generations by the elders, while loaded school buses took students on a field trip to visit the halls of Norsk Hostfest. Dance performances, and live music. It truly was a wonderful atmosphere!

We are heartbroken to learn of the passing of a great human, husband, father, friend, and leader. Eli always carried a smile, not only because whenever he saw us he was going to eat a meat pie, but he was genuine and always put his teammates before himself.
