Crunch Fitness 5K The Crunch Fitness 5K is a fundraiser for Anderson Center for Autism. There are no major hills and much of the course is tree-lined.

The Crunch Fitness 5K takes place on a scenic, point-to-point course in the middle of spring. It starts in front of Crunch Poughkeepsie (2 Neptune Rd., Poughkeepsie) and courses through the Crown Heights neighborhood. The event also includes a pre-race warm-up with the trainers of Crunch Fitness. ACA’s core philosophy is that all people deserve to live a life of quality. ACA has evolved into an or

ganization that has the expertise, resources and technology to enable the agency to contribute much toward the optimization of the quality of life of those it serves. Their mission is Optimizing the Quality of Life for Individuals with Autism.

Kelvin Kiptum, the Marathon World Record holder (2:00:35) passed away today in a car crash in Kenya. Imagine running on the treadmill at 13.0mph for two straight hours. He was truly a marvel on the road.

Marathon world-record holder Kelvin Kiptum died in a car crash in Kenya late Sunday, a fellow athlete who went to the hospital and saw the body said. He was 24.
