Summer is in full swing at the SCCA! 🎶🎨☀️ We've packed June and July with art exhibitions, live music, yoga, and plenty of opportunities to experience creativity at The Historic Yuengling Mansion . Whether you're stopping by a community concert, stretching out in the garden, or exploring artwork in the Carriage House, there's something for everyone this summer!

⏰ Time is running out! NEPA Gives ends tonight at 7 PM.

Today, we’re excited to introduce our piano Artist in Residence — Julie Askernia 🎹

"Hi, I’m Julie — I hold a Ph.D. and have served as a Senior Professor of Piano at the Azerbaijan Pedagogical University in Baku, Azerbaijan. In 1997, I opened my piano studio here at the Schuylkill County Council for the Arts, which I still proudly maintain today, and I also teach at Blue Mountain Academy in Hamburg, PA. I specialize in piano, accompaniment, and the theoretical sciences of music, working with students of all ages and levels.

My goal as a teacher is to foster a love of music in every student while helping them reach their full potential through discipline, creativity, and confidence—encouraging them to share their music with their communities."

Magic Mirror Face Artistry is bringing the creative magic back to 7th Annual Messy Art Jamboree this Sunday! 🎨✨

Join us 12PM–3PM at the SCCA for an afternoon full of messy fun, creativity, and summer memories ☀️🌈 Tickets for Messy Art Jamboree are available now on our website or at the gate!
