Nameless Blue Boxes Cry Out for Your Recognition NAME-A-PRIVY at Potrero 2024

For the low donation of $10 - you can have the honor, nay privilege of naming a Privy at Potrero 2024!

RULES

1. Please submit your donation and name https://forms.gle/qqpFevMf9MAg57VZ7

2. Potrero Staff/Barony of Calafia reserve the right to ask for a reformatting, spelling or may out right reject any names

3. Please remember that Potrero 2024 is an all ages event and names need to reflect that

CONTEST PORTION
To help encourage walk-abouts and getting to see all the Privy Names, a few Photo Contest Submissions are available

1. First Person to submit a "selfie" with all named Privys

2. First Group to submit photo with all named Privys

3. Most Creative Photo including the name of the Privy in the photo

All photos must be turned into the Name-A-Privy Photo Album in the Potrero Community Group by Friday, May 31st.

No damage, destruction or harm to be cause to any privy and/or person/place/thing while taking said photos.

Prizes to be awarded online, Sunday June 2nd

ENTRY DEADLINE FRIDAY APRIL 26, 2024

• Contestants may submit one or two versions of the piece. The first must be black and white, the other can be full color. If contestants submit a full color piece, that one will be used in the digital gatebook, otherwise the black and white one will be used (and may be modified/colorized). Note: the black and white art will be printed on forest green paper.

• Art size should be at least 30cm high by 21cm wide for front cover page submissions, or 30cm high by 42cm wide for double page (front & back cover) submissions. If submitting a front & back piece, the format is back page (left)-front page (right).
• Image files should be at least 300dpi and can be any standard image format (JPG, PNG, etc). Err on the side of higher quality/less compression.

• The art needs to work within the theme of the event "The Magic of Friendship" and be family friendly. It also must not contain any copyrighted elements/characters/images. ✨

• The artwork should either include the following: "The Barony of Calafia Presents Potrero War 2024" and "May 23rd-27th 2024" in a fairly large and easy-to-see format, or it should have enough open space for that information to be added.

• Artist waivers must be signed for anyone submitting artwork. 📜

• Images may be altered or modified as necessary to fit with gatebook requirements.
