The Kinship Communities of Montgomery County logo reflects the history, identity, and connection shared across Montgomery County’s historic Black communities. Every community represented within Kinship had a voice in selecting this logo, coming together to make this decision collectively.
This is more than a logo. It represents where we’ve come from, the connections that bring us together, and our commitment to continue growing, preserving our history, and advocating for the future of our communities.

This banner is beautiful and it tells exactly why our Kinship Communities are TREASURES. Quince Orchard’s story is rooted in faith, education, family, resilience, and a legacy that generations worked hard to build and protect.
