The Scotland community in Potomac, Maryland is hosting the ONLY 5K race and family walk in the DMV for Juneteenth. Come out for a jog, or a walk, or to win the first-ever trophy!

The Scotland Juneteenth 5K is on Monday June 19, 2023. It includes the following events: 5K Race and Family 1 Mile Run.

The Scotland community, founded by formerly enslaved African Americans, is hosting a Juneteenth festival to raise money to rebuild Scotland AME Zion Church.
