Scott brings a tremendous amount of experience in event planning, food and beverage service, and entertainment. In addition to his extensive hospitality background, he is also an experienced DJ, giving him a unique understanding of what it takes to create events that are both seamless and memorable from start to finish.

From weddings and corporate events to showers, reunions, and private celebrations, Scott has the knowledge and creativity to help bring each event to life.

Most importantly, Scott genuinely loves helping people celebrate life’s special moments, and we are incredibly excited to have him working with our clients to create unforgettable experiences in this historic space.

Our Mother’s Day Wine Tasting at The City Hall has officially become one of our favorite annual traditions. 💐

What started two years ago as a fun idea to give moms a special afternoon out has turned into a sold out event filled with great wine, delicious food, and wonderful people gathered together in one beautiful space.

Seeing The City Hall come to life like this is incredibly special to us. This room was always meant to be a place where people gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories—and yesterday was exactly that.

A huge thank you to Jon Offredo, who always does an excellent job guiding our guests through each tasting and making the experience both fun and informative.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the event such a success. We truly love watching this space begin to tell its story again.

✨ Welcome to The City Hall ✨

A historic gathering place, reimagined.

Located above Oddfellows in downtown Portsmouth’s historic Boneyfiddle District, The City Hall is a newly restored private event space designed for celebrations, connection, and unforgettable nights.

This building has a long history in our city. In the late 1800s, it served as Portsmouth’s original City Hall and was known as a place where people gathered for entertainment, events, and community. Bringing that spirit back to life felt like the perfect next chapter for this historic space.

But the name means even more to us personally.

Before Jeremy passed, The City Hall was the name he chose for this space long before it was ever completed. What began as a dream and vision has now become something we’re incredibly proud to share with our community.

Today, The City Hall is a space for weddings, receptions, showers, parties, corporate gatherings, live entertainment, fundraisers, and celebrations of all kinds — while still carrying the history, warmth, and character of the building that inspired it.

We’re so excited to finally welcome you in. 🖤
