In Sweden, a newly developed eco friendly deicing mixture is replacing traditional road salt that often harms birds and wildlife. The innovative formula, made from beetroot extract and cornstarch, melts ice effectively while also being safe for animals to consume, preventing dangerous dehydration caused by high sodium levels.

Environmental groups and scientists see this as a major step forward, combining road safety with wildlife protection. The creators of the project hope it will inspire similar sustainable solutions in cold regions around the world.

Beginner Hoopdance with Jennifer Bailey of Synchronistic Circles - Hoopnotica Certified Hoopdance Instructor

Learn the beautiful and captivating art of hoopdance. Beginner hoopdance is a 6 week course that will have you dancing with your hoop from your knees to your neck and will also cover the corkscrew and some off body hooping. We will start from the very beginnning and build on skills each week. Make sure to bring an adult sized hula hoop to class. If you need one Jennifer makes and sells beginner hoops for $20.

Saturdays 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Week Course $70 - Starts March 17
Drops ins are welcome if space is available $15

Intermediate/Advanced Hoopdance with Jennifer Bailey of Synchronistic Circles - Hoopnotica Certified Hoopdance Instuctor

This course is for hoopers who have completed Beginner Hoopdance or are already rocking the skills covered in the beginner course. This will be an ongoing class that will focus on a specific area of hooping each week, i.e. leg hooping variations, doubles, tosses, isolations, sustained spinning. I will also be open to requests of areas of interest of my students.

Starts March 17 Saturdays 10:45-11:45 a.m.
$15 per class or you can purchase a five class pass for $60 (Classes can be used at any time)

Looking to add some wow! to your event/party/festival? Miss Synchronicity will wow your guests with gorgeous costumes and captivating fire and LED dancing with hoop, poi, and rope dart. If you really want to wow your guests, Miss Synchronicity does aerial hoop performances. Bystanders will be amazed at Miss Synchronicity's flexibility and acrobatic skills! Custom costumes can be made on request to go with the theme of your event. Miss Synchronicity is also a certified hoopdance instructor available for private or group instruction.
