Windfest - Portland Chamber of Commerce Annual family-fun festival held in the coastal town of Portland, TX. Fun entertainment, great food, exciting rides and unique shopping.

The Portland Chamber of Commerce hosts the annual Windfest Festival which is in it's 49th year. Windfest is a family-friendly event that features a carnival, activities for all ages, and live entertainment. tivities including: Windfest Parade, Carnival and live entertainment, the largest Car/JEEP Show in South Texas, Marketplace Retail Vendors, Food Truck Vendors, IBCA Sanctioned BBQ Cook-off, Sports Tournaments such as Cornhole and Pickleball. Pet activities such as Dachshund Dash and Furry Friends Parade with costume contest. The City of Portland is a proud sponsor of the annual Windfest Festival.
