🎉 Van Vlist has been named Grand Marshal of this year’s Fathoms O’ Fun Grand Parade!

A respected longtime local business owner, Van Vlist is best known for his leadership of Dick Vlist Motors and his lasting contributions to the Port Orchard community. We are proud to honor him for his dedication, service, and local legacy as he leads this year’s parade through downtown.

🚛 Volunteer Float Drivers Needed! 🎉

Fathoms O’ Fun is looking for volunteer drivers for the month of July and future parade seasons — including the iconic Seafair Torchlight Parade! ✨

Experience driving a truck pulling a 35’ trailer is a huge plus. Drivers must be available for at least one upcoming parade date for training prior to events.

May 16, May 30, June 13, June 20, June 27 (all Saturdays)

The Wait is Over: Block Party Details Are Here! 🎟️

We told you to save the date—now it’s time to grab your tickets! Join us for our Fathoms O’ Fun Block Party at the Port of Bremerton Marina Park. We’re taking over the parking lot for an evening of waterfront views, great food, and community impact.

Your ticket includes:

All-You-Can-Eat: Unlimited food from our two featured vendors, Elevated Eats and Paco’s Tacos—come hungry!

A Toasty Welcome: One signature lemonade or mocktail ticket to get the party started.

The Kid Zone: Plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained while you enjoy the event.

Beyond the Ticket:
Head over to the Beer Garden for a cold drink, or visit Lu-Lu’s Lemonade and Mocktails for additional rounds of our custom lemonades and mocktails. Don’t forget to enter the 50/50 raffle and browse our silent auction—we have some incredible items up for grabs!

Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting Fathoms O’ Fun events all year long! Let’s make a splash at the Marina and reach our goal together!

Ahoy mateys! 🏴‍☠️ What an absolutely swashbuckling good time we had at the Sequim Parade! We are beyond honored and grateful to have received the Mayor’s Award — what a treasure that was for our crew!

The laughter, pirate spirit, community joy, and excitement made the whole day unforgettable. We loved every minute of sailing through the crowd, spreading smiles, and soaking in all the fun.

Now this pirate crew is already charting a course for our next adventure at the Rhody Parade next weekend! ⚓✨
