Road closures start at 1 PM (Businesses are still open), with the festival opening to the public from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Port of Bremerton Parking Lot Water Street Boat Launch and the Kitsap Bank Drive Thru.
• Road closures will affect Orchard Avenue and SR166/Bay Street.
• The following streets will be closed:
o SR166/Bay Street from Kitsap Street to Sidney Avenue
o Frederick Avenue, Robert Geiger
o Orchard Street.
• Roads are expected to reopen by 9 PM, please plan your travels accordingly.

We have some exciting and new changes coming for this year's festival!

Due to the construction at City Hall, the event will be taking place across the street in the parking lot by the Water Street Boat Launch.

Your favorite activities are still happening, just in a different location. Choirs, photos with Santa, tree lighting (the tree is located next to the restrooms near the parking lot), Pooch N' Purr Pet Parade, lighted boats, downtown tree decorating contest, marching band, and more!
