Getting ready to head up to the bluff for some errands and then Pathfinder Society at Bigun's House of Games! If we have enough we'll start a table when I get there, otherwise it'll be our start time of 6pm and staggering tables from there. Hope to see everyone out there!

I have to thank both shops for the support, we've also been having great attendance over at Siera Phoenix Gaming, and I even get to say congratulations to a first time DM, Amber Goodson! She did an excellent job cold running a scenario she happened to have played only once before!

Good times all around, and I look forward to gaming it up with you all soon! :D

Character creation is planned this Tuesday, May 14th at Biggun's House of Games for Pathfinder Society play! I'll be there early, so any time after two we should have someone around to help!

Society has been growing quite a bit here, and we're really appreciating all the support from our local shops on it! Hope to see you all at the table soon!

I must apologize for this, but I will be in Cape tonight visiting with my Grandma who is in the hospital. I will be making up the Pathfinder from tonight, and have more information later but I am running out the door. Again so sorry for the issues in getting our first real session off the ground, but family situations have kinda taken over... Stay tuned for more to come,

Our first even was last night, and while we ended up doing character creation and having a blast till about 9:30pm we didn't even get to the game! To make up for this I'll be having a session next Thursday (right before Cape Comic Con!) to make up to my guys! As of right now we have a full table, but that doesn't mean you should express you're interest so I'll know how many more tables to plan for! Also, a special thanks to Siera Phoenix for hosting us and having us back next week to make up for the mishap! Was happy the good times were plentiful last night, and we'll be making this happen much more on the reg after Cape Con as well at both shops! You guys are the best, stay nerdy!

Hey guys, so got some updates for everyone about everything gaming!

First, I want to clarify that we will be strictly sticking to events and this is again not a reopening of the old shop. As good as those times were I'm perfectly happy having my neutral middle ground and helping out both shops in the bluff, cause they're both pretty fricking awesome :).

Yesterday I finally had a chance to sit down with both shops and come up with a schedule for our Pathfinder events, and I'm super excited to announce that next Thursday (4/11/13) will be our first official Sword and Board Gaming event and Siera Phoenix has been gracious enough to host us! I'll have an event created this afternoon with times and a sign up sheet for those interested/listing the intended scenario.

I also spent some time DROOLING over the Warhammer/Lord of the Rings display at Siera Phoenix, it's been a long time coming and I am personally very excited to have this game represented in our area, so if you haven't yet stop by and check it out!

Bigun's also was super lively last night, and excited to have us running Society events there, we're looking at starting in May, which gives us plenty of time to prep for Cape Comic Con!

Bigun's also had some awesome news last night, in that they're going to aid in the start up of YuGiOh tournaments! Anyone who spent any time at all in our old shop knows how much we love and appreciate our YuGiOh players, and seeing them get an opportunity to start fresh with some great references at a new shop here in town is awesome for me. I really hope it works out for these guys, and you can bet you'll see me there abusing the heart of the cards when I can :D.

Lastly at Bigun's I got the opportunity to show my dear buddy Byron what a blazing assassination run from Sorscha can do in Warmachines, and needless to say he was certainly taken back a bit by it :).

Overall good times were had last night until the sun came up, gaming is good and alive here in our meta, and I can't wait to help it grow even more! Don't forget to sign up for our event once I get it created this evening, but for now I gotta run to some family obligations! Thanks guys, and keep on gaming :).

Okay guys, it's time I did this proper and made the announcement. Sword & 'Board Games has changed to Sword & 'Board Gaming!

So, what does this mean for you all? Well, having done a lot of thinking of ways to keep the Sword & 'Board vibe we all enjoyed so much going it hit me that even though we don't have a shop of our own, there are great shop owners in our area that are more than willing to host us.

If there's one thing I always took pride in it was running a great event for my gamers and making sure a good time was had by all if in any way possible. I miss that, as I miss gaming with you guys our customers, and I'm happy to have a way to get that back.

We'll be having events at the local shops, some will be regularly scheduled play and some will be bigger events, and a full schedule is coming soon!

I'm really happy we're able to continue on in some way, and while I will always miss our messy little shop I'm happy that we have this opportunity to continue doing what was always the most important to us, gaming with good folks in great ways!

Trying times for the past year, but I am truly blessed by each and everyone one of you that I've had the privilege of gaming it up with in the old shop. Today has been a day of tears, but also of remembering the good times had by all who helped us be what we were.

Jay, having you behind the counter made my life in the shop so much easier. I never could have done what I did without you. Your smile made each day at the shop a wonderful start to a great evening with friends doing what we love. I value our friendship so much, and will always consider you family, I love you brother.

Shawn, together we whipped up quite the many player at the shop, and I thank you dearly for every moment you helped us achieve more as a shop. You're a friend beyond friends, and I know you are an anchor that I can always count on to be steady and keep me in bay.

Elijah, you brought so much life and energy to the shop. Having you there helping was an amazing decision and I am so glad to still have you as a friend. Christened Shin-Ji and your skills forged with us, I will always look to you as not someone who I once taught, but someone who I still share lessons with and learn from regularly.

Team Troll Shroud, it may not have been the best name, but we rocked this meta! There were so many members that made this happen, I don't want to try naming all of them for fear of leaving any off. I do want to say a special thanks to Gilly and Amber, who were heavily involved in the formation of the teams charter and rules, and have been amazingly awesome friends to support me over this last year. To all my old team mates, thank you for making me a better player.

I miss you all dearly, and while I lost a dream I will never forget the moments we have had together, gaming it up at the old Sword and Board... I love you all... I hope your dice always land 20 up, and you always draw the one you need.

It pains me to announce that Sword & 'Board Games will be closing the doors and shutting down. I appreciate what everyone has done to help our shop be the success it was. I wish you all happy gaming and adventuring, and I'm sorry we couldn't have things work out.

We'll be having the Neverwinter Nights gameday, with a big thanks to Spellcaster's Union Local #160 for helping us to be able to run it! So come by tomorrow for some excellent DnD action, with some awesome bonus gifts for players! Games start at 2pm!

A huge congratulations go out to Kyle Beard! He's August's Yu-Gi-Oh Champ! I got to watch the final round of this epic tournament, and let me tell you, Magic Cylinder can get even the best of us, eh Cody? :P
