Diablo Fitness Engineering is excited to present to you a Masters Partner Competition! We are inviting gyms from all over Northern California to participate. The teams will be made up of 1 man, 1 woman and all members have to be age 40+ on the day of the event. There will be two age groups; 40-47, and 48+. Both partners must be in the same age group to compete. Diablo CrossFit is one of the larges

t CrossFit gyms in Northern California. It is a 16,000 sq ft facility with 2 roll up doors, 6 climbing ropes, multiple rigs, an outdoor area for working out, close to Iron Horse trails for long runs and all up to date – new CrossFit equipment. Address: 2447 Estand Way, Pleasant Hill, CA

And there is plenty of space for athletes and their families/gyms to set up tents on the grass across from the venue or in the parking lot!

*Partner must hold bar at either front rack or deadlift hang. You can switch partners at any time. ex: one person can do 3 reps, then the other one can finish off the movement. Barbell weights will be announced the day of.
