Pleasant Hill Historical Society wants to thank all of our previous train clubs, vendors, sponsors, spectators, bands, volunteers, the City of Pleasant Hill and anyone we missed for their support of Pleasant Hill Railroad Days over the last 7 years to help make this fundraiser for the Historical Society and Museum a success.

The board for the Historical Society and Museum met and voted to no longer have Railroad Days and to focus on other ways to bring awareness of the past, present and future to the museum.

Please continue to support the Historical Society by visiting for free and seeing all the wonderful things that show Pleasant Hill’s history, follow are page and look for new and exciting things to come. We also have quarterly meetings with speakers that talk about Pleasant Hill and its history.

Hope everyone's holidays were wonderful. Just a reminder as we approach the new year Railroad Days is a every other year event and will not be held this year. This may be revoted on in the future to go back to once a year but at this time it's every other. See everyone in 2026

Thank you first off to the city for approving The Historical Society to hold this fundraising event without your approval Railroad Days wouldn't keep happening. Next thank you to all our sponsors, volunteers, train guys, vendors, reenactors, our overnight security and anyone else I missed for helping make this event great.

Thank you to the general public for coming out and supporting all of groups each year you also are a help in making this possible with not just your enthusiasm but respect and kindness to everyone. The weather was iffy all weekend and made things much more difficult than past years but we managed to work thru it the best we could. Also if you have pictures feel free to add them. I did several lives and just wasn't able to get many pictures.

Next our apologies we did not have the amount of vendors as past years so up. With looming bad weather all weekend each vendor was given the choice to make there call to come or not each day for what they felt comfortable doing for this year.
And finally for our biggest apology our committee this year did not handle the car show or the food trucks. I am sorry we advertised the food trucks and none showed. The car show by the time we were given that someone didn't want to do it our normal group didn't have time to put one on.
Thank you again for coming out and braving the weather all weekend and also supporting not just our event but all of our local businesses as well. Keep track of our page for future event dates after city approval.

Update for Sunday with the rainy weather:
All indoor events will still be happening this includes trains inside the memorial building upstairs and downstairs. Reenactors inside the Historical Society and Museum. Brody Buster will be playing on the stage upstairs of the memorial building if it's raining. Vendors will be outside weather permitting. Thank you to everyone for being so understanding with the changes thru the weekend but the rain really put a damper with everyone schedules but at least the event was able to happen thru it all.

Update for tonight we have trains till 8pm, we've got a face painter, some 3d, crochet and sunroom/bath fitter other vendors have packed due to impending weather for today and will be back tommrrow weather pending The wildwood boys will play till 7-730pm as well!
