POSTPONED

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Embervale Bazaar & Fantasy Faire will begin in August 2027 instead of this year as initially planned.

When we started out planning for this event, we were all hands on deck and began creating the magic of such an immersive fantasy realm immediately.

Unfortunately, sometimes life throws epic, life altering magic at you, and this was one of those times.

We will continue to fundraise for our non-profit Cinder Moon Rising (which financially supports neurodivergent people searching for answers and therapies) which the proceeds of this event go to, and will come at you in 2027 with an entire ship load and treasure trove of fun, adventure and magic!

If you would like to support Cinder Moon Rising in the process as we continue to build up our dragon's hoard to help neurodivergent people in this neurotypical world, you may do so by donating directly on Embervale's website. This also would help fund bringing the town of embervale to life in a way we only dreamed of before.

In the meantime, we hope to see you at various Ren Faires and pop culture conventions throughout the state and in others as we strive to bring both awareness and support to this group of people in need.

We'll have some merch to sell, and things going toward the non-profit to help ND people get the funding they need for answers and therapies!

This last week and a half has been an incredibly busy one for us behind the scenes of Embervale and Cinder Moon Rising!

We have secured very specific acting roles within the 'Vale, have officially launched our ability to take financial donations for our non-profit Cinder Moon Rising, and our final steps before officially launching presale tickets has been getting finalized!

As a reminder, applications for all areas of Embervale are still open and will be for the foreseeable future as we want to ensure we have a good range and variety of goods and entertainment for patrons, as well as plenty of volunteers!

All applications are now live! You can find all applications on our website under the Get Involved tab at the top. Whether you are a performer, merchant or food vendor, we want you!

Our volunteer application is also up and ready to go. We would love to have anyone willing to add to the vibes of our town apply and get involved! We have a large range of volunteer opportunities and look forward to hearing from each of you!
