Plaquemine Disney Christmas Display

New this year was the large Mickey Ears on the roof, the added lighted trees, blow-up Olaf and Donald and the big Santa Clause. We are already getting excited about 2026's display!! We have lots of ideas running around and are already planning for next years additions. We hope to add a few new characters. Can you guess which ones?

"Failure to plan, means you're planning to fail". LOL....Ideas for 2026 are running through our heads...and the second of four clearance sale orders has arrived. 300 days till we start decorating again. The display will be lit through next week, but the monorail may not be running every night..especially if it rains. Thanks for stopping by.

It's CHRISTMAS EVE....and we just heard from our friends Mickey & Goofy!! They had so much FUN last night, that they asked if they could come back tonight!!! They will be here greeting all of you from 6pm - 7pm. So, if you are leaving church or heading to family gatherings come make a pass by. We will have candy canes for the kiddos and you are welcome to get out and take pictures. Just remember it's very mushy and wet.🎄🎅

Grab the kids, the dog and don't forget Mama....and come see the display tonight! Mickey and Goofy will be out greeting families and handing out candy cames from 6pm - 7pm. We look forward to seeing you and if you post pics be sure to tag our page, we'd love to see all the memories being made. 🎅🎄

Also, the front ditch in front of the display is still very wet and mushy!

Well...we know it didn't rain "everywhere" yesterday, but it did on top of our display. From 9:15pm to 11:15PM last night we received over an inch and a half of rain, and it has left the grounds around the display saturated, and the ditch in front holding water. We ask if you drive by to view the lit display tonight, that you please remain on the street. There are ants everywhere as well, and we wouldn't want any littles to get bit. This also means the characters will not be out tonight, but we will try our best to convince them to pay one last visit tomorrow night. Stay tuned.

Due to the weather our friends will not be visiting tonight, but stay tuned to the page because there is still time for lots of FUN before Santa makes his rounds!
