O.A.G.W.U.W. Only A Game When U Watch Also known as THE BOX -- We offer baseball/softball lessons, Team practices, camps, fitness Real Training, real prices and honest evaluation!

OAGWUW in a short amount of time has been getting positive feedback since it has started. Director, Trevor Chang-Leung has been working with players from ages 7 and older for approximately 15 plus years privately. He has had his own Tr

aining Studio for the serious player 10 plus years. There are programs for all age groups, these programs also give a private place to help the college and professional player to stay sharp during their off season. What seperates OAGWUW (Only A Game When U Watch) studio from any other facility is its professional outlook on every aspect of training. The team or player does not have to deal with large crowds and the 4500 SQ FT facility accomidates all the players needs, with two hitting tunnels and two real indoor mounds. What also seperates this Studio is the team that has been assembled. It is a mixture of former professional players, coaches and MLB employees. It also has current local HS coaches on staff. There is no one right way to teach fundementals, but there is the right way. That is what we pride ourselves on. We strive for positive reults and do everything we can to help a player get where they can. So if you're a hitter or a pitcher, you have found the right place to get he job done. building with yellow roof). After right into parking lot, go straight to back, last suite #1 on the left. Window says, “THE BOX.”

From University Blvd: Go east onto Sunrise Blvd West to NW 16th Street (across from plantation HS) make a left (North). Then it is the second building on the right (1700 - grey building with

1- When parking before 5 PM, please park on East side of Parking lot.

2- Everything is done by appointment only - so this gauarantees you always have your time needed. Simply call the phone number and if no one answers - leave a message - we will get back to you right away.

It’s always going to be panic situations! Know the situation. Slow the game down a sec. Know there are 2 outs and know what play you make if the ball is hit to you. Happens on every level. Panic can’t take over. The slow breather is the player that stands out. I preach this religiously to my hitters, my defense and pitchers. Handle the moment. Let your brain slow the game down a sec and let the brain put the plan in place. Brain has to work quick, mind has to understand what it was told beforehand. You can’t make this mistake. It happens on all stages. Hate to see it. But, understand the game, understand the situation and gather the plan. You have 2 min or less to do so. That’s what separates the best from the good. If you didn’t watch like most youth today to understand what I’m talking about, watch the replay on TikTok or something. There were 2 outs, his catcher even tried to help just throw to 1B. SLOW THE GAME DOWN IN YOUR HEAD, if you want success! As a hitter, fielder and pitcher. Enjoy baseball all lol! It’s a in the moment game!

Rest in peace skip! Best meeting I had with Mr. Johnson, I was done with my career and working for the Marlins in the Media Relations Dept. My job at end of game was to deliver end of game stats to the Managers. Davey was at his desk, Marlins whooped the Dodgers good. I walked in left stats and tried to walk out. Davey said close the door, this coach was like hiding behind door closed it on me. I turned around and he said, “son, what the hell am I gonna do with these!” I just sat there ready to be yelled at. Finally he laughed and said, “just kidding, thank you bud.!” I was so relieved didn’t know what to do, and I said, “well since you have me here, thank you for 1986 Mets Championship, I love ya skip!” He stood up hugged me and said thank you kid. Class act! Thankful had that moment. Rest in peace skipper. This kid , thanks you for one of my best memories. Thoughts and prayers to all your family and friends. 🙏🏽
