OK, Photographers… who has already started planning for Christmas season? 🎄✨
I honestly haven’t stopped thinking about it since last season ended, and I’ve been deep in planning mode trying to create sets that feel unique, elevated, magical, and completely different from each other.
Here are my thoughts so far:
1️⃣ Front Outdoor Area (Truck, Farm Trailer, Wood Pile, Camping Teepee) — Cozy Vintage Christmas
A nostalgic, storybook-inspired Christmas setting filled with rich evergreen tones, warm plaid textiles, vintage lanterns, old-world ornaments, weathered wood, and cozy golden lighting. Think classic holiday movies, cocoa by the fire, vintage trucks, layered textures, and timeless family moments with a warm, welcoming feel.
2️⃣ Elegant Room — Icy Blue Winter Wonderland
An elegant winter-inspired setting featuring icy blue, crisp white, silver accents, frosted trees, candlelight, and shimmering textures that feel dreamy and magical without being overly traditional. This style creates a soft luxury “snow queen” atmosphere that photographs beautifully with neutrals, formalwear, and winter fashion.
3️⃣ Indoor Barn Area — Moody Ralph Lauren Christmas
A high-end editorial holiday look inspired by Ralph Lauren campaigns, featuring deep woods, plaid wool, leather, velvet, candlelight, dark greenery, brass accents, and dramatic cozy lighting. This style feels luxurious, cinematic, masculine, and timeless — perfect for elevated family portraits, couples, and upscale holiday branding sessions.
4️⃣ Whimsical Pink Candyland Outdoors (Back of Garage or Woodline)
A playful, candy-inspired holiday dream filled with soft pinks, peppermint details, oversized sweets, glowing fairy lights, vintage baking touches, and magical storybook charm. Featuring a cozy child’s bed, whimsical dessert styling, and an outdoor baking setup, this set feels like stepping into a real-life Christmas fairytale — perfect for joyful family moments, children, maternity sessions, and nostalgic holiday magic.
For the Greenhouse, I cannot decide between:
✨ Scandinavian Neutral + Sage
or
✨ Snowy White Winter Minimalist
What do you think clients would book more?
(These are just AI concept images to help me start planning — there are definitely a few things in them that aren’t realistic for me to recreate exactly, like the oversized swing 😂)
