We will be selling Spectator tickets at the packet pick up on Friday the cost is $10 per ticket, with the ticket you get the Commemorative WR champagne glass with Palm Breeze from our sponsor Ben E Keith! Texas Fit Chicks will be on hand at Women ROCK to lead your warm-up before each race! They are masters at their craft in training women only, and no two workouts with them are the same! You will always get a one-hour, full-body workout that will include cardio and strength each time you meet. They have boot camps all over Texas, so check them out at http://www.fitchicktraining.com!

IF you have upgraded or downgraded your race, and you already have your bib and gear, you are not required to come to any of the packet pick up's. Your all set! Your bib is linked to the change that you made, UNLESS you upgraded to the 10k or Rock starlet challenge you will then need a bib with a timing chip. IF you have a 10k bib you are still good to go with that bib for the Rock starlet challenge. Hope this makes sense to everyone.
