For ten years, we’ve had the profound privilege of sharing our love for food and drink with this amazing community. Across thousands of dishes, two beloved buildings, countless talented chefs, and more Brussels sprouts than we dare to count, we’ve grown, evolved, and reached this incredible milestone. On 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝟲 𝗣𝗠, we invite you to join us in celebrating our ten year anniversary - an evening dedicated to the artistry, connection, and hard work that has made Sovereign what it is today.
This isn’t just a beer dinner—it’s a celebration of everything that makes this community special. Together with our friends at Werk Force Brewing, we’ve crafted a menu that pairs perfectly with the best beer Plainfield has to offer. Our comrades at Ten Drops Coffee have created a one-of-a-kind collaboration roast, honoring our shared home of Plainfield and the people who make it such a vibrant place. And to capture the spirit of the evening, our dear friend Brendan from Harvest Moon Tattoo Co. has created artwork that tells the story of Sovereign in a way that only he can.
This dinner is a moment to reflect on the last decade - a decade of flavor, friendship, and purpose - and to toast to the future. This is our story, written in food, drink, and art. Be part of this chapter.
