The PDA is no longer doing this event. The City of Placerville has taken over the sponsoring of downtown events along with choosing their own co-sponsors. Please contact the city for current events...and see Williow's link below for the event on 10-7-23.

Placerville Downtown Association, in collaboration with the Fairgrounds, worked diligently to come up with another day in October for the 2022 Placerville Oktoberfest. With the uncertainty of the Fire Camp’s time of departure from the Fairgrounds, and the need to let our suppliers and vendors move onto other events, the PDA has decided the best thing to do is to cancel the event this year.

Therefore, the 2022 Placerville Oktoberfest at the Fairgrounds on the 1st has been cancelled. Again, thank you all for your understanding and support as our community recovers from the Mosquito Fire.

Due to the fire camp still occupying the Fairgrounds, the Placerville Oktoberfest will not take place on the 1st of October. We have been working tirelessly with the Fairgrounds to schedule a new date once the Fire Camp has left. We will work hard to keep you all updated. Thank you all for your understanding and support as our community recovers from the Mosquito Fire.
