Teams Up With

Power Pulp Comics and Make More Comics are pleased tc
announce a new partnership, aimed at enabling a new generatior

audiences.

Each year, Make More Comics sends a qrant of $1,000 to a single
creator to aid in the production of their comics. In the hopes of
making their work more readily available to a wider audience
Power Pulp Comics has stepped to the plate. In this exciting new
partnership, Power Pulp will invite the winner of the grant intc
their collective, acting as the distributor for these comics, selling through their website and distributing to stores across the country. This partnership marks a turning point for independent and aspiring creators, not only making their work possible but readily available.

This year's Make More Comics grant is open until June 15, with
the $1,000 winner to be selected by judges John Kelly (Dummy
Magazine ), Sheika Lugtu (Cowhouse Press and PIE ), Corinne Halbert (Acid Nun ), and Rachel Massilimani (Nonpartum)

Previous winners have been Chad Bilyeu (Chad in Amsterdam) .eu, Patrick Lugo (A Tiger's Tale) , Hana Chatani (Love Condemns Her) , MIHE (Salty Banana) and Oliver Arthur (Seeds)

Power Pulp Comics was founded in 2025 by Chris Anderson , James and John Coats , and Jamie Jones as a distributior

dominated the industry. Originally launching with a roster of 13
creators, this has grown to 52, including the legendary Rick
Veitch, Sammy Harkham, Katie Skelly, Jim Rugg, and most
recently, Jesse Lonergan.
