Rumor has it that Schenley Park, PVGP there were 6 major incidents in which cars were totaled .....

Does that sound like an organization that cares about your safety on the track?

Part #1 ..... The incident

Some of you by now might have heard about the 'Shoemaker' incident; lots of rumors so I felt it was time for some facts. Let us start with the 'Sanctions Letter'

After several attempts to get a copy of the incident report, all denied. I finally reviewed in detail the Rules&Regulations for PVGP and filed a formal appeal according to their own processes.

Note - Outside of the PVGP normal process, PVGP had already placed sanctions with VMC in addition to sabotage of ROYALE Race Tires with Hoosier direct (8/6/2021)

Once you read, digest .... I gotta ask. Do you think these folks acted accordingly (Joe Teplitz, John Bechtol, Ken Murin)? PVGP is being run into the ground by these folks. If you do not agree ... ask yourself the following:

? Why did VRG leave originally
? Why did PVGP not follow their own Rules & Regs

I am not saying the cussing was appropriate, but I am saying the sanctions, and those involved acted with bias against me. Who is to say you are not next?

Do you think a race organization should be able to arbitrarily enforce 'code of conduct' obligations onto potential entrants?

How about 'make rules up' so they can punish folks who question their actions?
