Mason's Family Farm

Mason's Family Farm Family owned farm. With corn and veggies in the summer and a pumpkin patch though out the fall. Parking is free.

The Mason farm has been family owned for 200+ years after Robert Lewis Mason I received a land grant for fighting in the Revolutionary War. Today Robert Lewis Mason VI and wife Billie Ann Mason (with the help of wonderful family and friends) run an annual Pumpkin Patch with a variety of pumpkins, gourds, squashes, and veggies. In 1986, Robert and Billie started the Pumpkin Patch by mistake, after

having a overwhelming crop of pumpkins. Since that year, the Pumpkin Patch has started an annual festival (since 1995, weather permitting), included a corn maze, and a gourd house. The festival is scheduled the LAST SATURDAY IN SEPTEMBER every year, with a rain out day being the following Saturday only. At the festival you will find vendors selling authentic crafts, food, live music, pony rides, and of course pumpkins, all on the beautiful setting of the family farm. The farm will remain opened till November 1 or if we are lucky till we sell out. All the work on the farm is done by Robert, Billie, their two children and dear family and friends, but I have to say a special thank you to: Steve, Diane, and Erin Baxter, Chuck and Pam Blank, Philden Cox, Kathy Taylor, and Susan Holt, without their help and selfless commitment none of this would happen.
