Call for Vendors: Fourth Annual Pickens Appalachian Folk Festival

📍 Hagood Mill Historic Site – 138 Hagood Mill Rd., Pickens, SC

The Greater Pickens Chamber of Commerce, in proud partnership with Hagood Mill Historic Site and Holly Springs Center, invites artisan vendors, food vendors, and heritage craft demonstrators to be part of the Third Annual Pickens Appalachian Folk Festival!

This two-day festival celebrates the traditions, stories, and culture of the Appalachian region with live music, heritage demonstrations, handcrafted goods, and mouthwatering Appalachian cuisine. Thousands of visitors are expected to attend, making this an excellent opportunity to showcase your work and connect with the community.

Vendor Opportunities

We are seeking:

🛠️ Artisan & Craft Vendors – Handmade goods, heritage trades, traditional crafts, and locally sourced products.

🍲 Food Vendors – Appalachian cuisine, local specialties, and festival favorites.

🎨 Demonstrators – Artists and craftspeople who can share heritage skills and Appalachian traditions.

🎶✨ What an unforgettable weekend! ✨🎶

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who made the 3rd Annual Pickens Appalachian Folk Festival our biggest and best yet! 🙌

From the incredible musicians who filled the air with bluegrass and mountain melodies, to our amazing arts & crafts vendors and food vendors who brought the flavor and creativity of the Upstate to life — you all made this celebration truly special. 🎻🎨🍔

A heartfelt shoutout to our dedicated volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly — we couldn’t do it without you. ❤️

And most of all, thank you to everyone who came out, danced, listened, and shared in a full weekend of Appalachian music, community, and tradition. You are what makes this festival so special year after year.

For the first time ever, we’re offering on-site camping at the 3rd Annual Pickens Appalachian Folk Festival at Hagood Mill Historic Site — and it’s the perfect way to fully immerse yourself in a weekend of Appalachian music, culture, and community!

🏕️ Camping Details:
✨ 1 Night – $10 per person (ages 10+)
