🚨📢Come get Freakin' Vegan and Firefly Forest Bakehouse!!📢🚨 You didn't get to have Freakin Vegan at VegFest and Firefly sold out. Here's your chance! You DO NOT need to participate in this event to come get their food. It's fine to skip the event and just come to pick up Firefly preorders and/or order dinner from Freakin' Vegan. What an event! Dinner from Freakin' Vegan, dessert from Firefly, and hayride, bonfire, s'mores, and trunk or treat - you choose the pieces and it the night YOU want it to be! Here are the details:

All items/tickets sold a la carte so YOU decide what the event looks like for you.

Freakin' Vegan (100% vegan) will be onsite and ready to go for your dinner orders starting at 5pm! (They couldn't be at VegFest - here's your chance!) Order and pay for whatever you want. **You do NOT have to participate in our event in order to order from either food vendor! You're welcome to come just for them.

Hayride - The folks at Yeager's will be hooking up their huge hay-filled wagon and giving us a long hayride tour around the entire Christmas tree farm. Roughly 30-40 minutes. The price for the hayride is $15 per person; Kids 3 and under are FREE, but please "purchase" the free tickets so we still have an accurate head count.

Bonfire & Vegan S'mores - Enjoying the bonfire is free, but the cost of making a vegan s'more and having a glass of apple c***r is $3 per person. Gluten free options available.

Trunk or Treat - Open to vegan kids or any child with dairy or other allergies. Come in your costumes (or not) and enjoy trick or treating in a safe, fun environment. The cost is $5 per child; Kids 2 and under are FREE, but please "purchase" the free tickets so we still have an accurate head count. We're not dictating what our "trunkers" hand out, but we're stongly suggesting that they have a gluten free option and a tree nut/peanut free option. We're asking that items with those allergens be kept in separate bowls.

Trunk or Treat Vehicles - WE NEED YOU! We can't help our kiddos make memories at an event that normalizes vegan compassion and allergen inclusivity without you. Please consider signing up to participate, even if it means you set up your vehicle to operate as an unmanned station, with labled bowls out for the kids. Shop at Yeager's - The market will be partially open and you're free to shop to purchase pumpkins and other items. Yeager's is going above and beyond to make hosting this event affordable. Please consider supporting them.

Schedule:

Pre-event - order dessert from Firefly; link coming soon.

5:00 Freakin' Vegan and Yeager's open for business. Come enjoy the farm and the food.
6:00-7:30 Trunk or Treat is open 6:00 - Hayride (there will be time to do both the hayride and Trunk or Treat)
6:30ish-8:00 Bonfire and S'mores and apple c***r

The event ends promptly at 8pm so the Yeager's employees can clean up and get ready for a huge day at the farm the next day.

THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE! If the weather looks iffy, we're still going. Bring umbrellas for the trunk or treat and the hayride. For s'mores we'll use mini sterno fires instead of a bonfire. (Also sterno in case of a burn ban for drought or high wind.)

Thinking about going vegan? You’re not alone!

We loved hearing 𝗠𝗶𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮 share her journey of wanting to go vegan—and then visiting Phoenixville VegFest for the very first time!

Sometimes taking the first step is as simple as finding a welcoming community, discovering delicious food, meeting inspiring people, and learning more about why our choices matter for animals, our health, and the planet.

We hope her story inspires someone else who has been thinking about going vegan to take that first step, too. There’s a whole vegan community waiting to welcome you!💚

If you're near Phoenixville, Great American Pub Phoenixville's VegFest special is available all week or til they run out! Beyond Italian Sausage Sandwich with Sauerkraut & Sriracha Aioli. House potato chips. So good! $14. We're stretching the VegFest vibe out here in Pville! 😀
