The Phantom Phestival of Bands is a Marching Band Field Show Competition sponsored by the Phantom Band Boosters. The Phoenixville Band Boosters is very proud to be sponsoring the
Phantom Phestival of Bands. Based on a reserved estimated attendance at the Phantom Phestival of Bands, should be somewhere between 1,500 - 2,000 people.
