We’ve worked really hard!!! Pretty crazy week last week with the Gila River Indian Community, but the “Task Force” is allowing the FREE Fall Fest at the Outlets – Wild Horse pass to move forward with a list of recommendations. WE WILL follow CDC & Arizona Health Services guidelines with mask requirements, distancing and LOTS of hand sanitizer.
We WILL have; food trucks, LOTS of organic farmed pumpkins, hot air balloon tether rides, vendors, music, face painting, Halloween costume contest, pumpkin decorating contest and the best COVID mask contest for great Phoenix Premium Outlet prizes. Also, BBQ competition, possible beer garden the 3rd week of the Fall Fest & hot air balloon “Glow”. GREAT stuff and we’re excited to be producing one of the very first outdoor special events for the community since COVID started!!! www.theazfallfest.com
But, we’re still in need of a few items;

$1,500 (discounted) to sponsors the hot air balloon “Glow” on Saturday, Nov. 7th.
$1,300 (discounted) to sponsor the “Witch” special shape hot air balloon on Saturday, Oct 31st – Halloween.
Two (2) towable Generators for vendors or 4-6 small Honda gens
50 Bales of Hay
20-yard dumpster
Small panel truck to transport and store equipment for three (3) weeks.
RV for an event office

With valiant efforts – we’ve decided to suspend the Ahwatukee Ft Hills Fireworks Fest fundraising campaign and plan earlier for next year or assist the Chamber with RWB. Thank you very much to EVERYONE who contributed!!! ALL contributions WILL be fully refunded from our Go FundMe account. Takes 3-7 days for refunds. I’m disappointed we couldn’t make this happen. Our logistics were complete. Apps for permits prepared and fireworks ordered. Just had too short of time to raise quick funds. We’re not giving up on our Ahwatukee community!!!
