It was never just about the pork roll. ❤️

This past Saturday, Pork Roll Palooza was a reminder of what makes Phillipsburg so special.

Behind every event like this are people who believe in their town. People who give their time, share their talents, support local businesses, and work behind the scenes to create something their neighbors can enjoy. And on Saturday, we got to see all of that hard work come to life.

A special thank you to the Town of Phillipsburg, Phillipsburg Urban Enterprise Zone, Town of Phillipsburg DPW, and Phillipsburg Downtown Association for their partnership and support. Events like this take a tremendous amount of coordination, and we are grateful for everyone who helped bring it all together.

To our incredible Norwescap Community Development team and Pork Roll Palooza Planning Committee, thank you for the passion, dedication, and countless hours you poured into bringing this event to life. Your work goes far beyond planning a festival. You're helping create a downtown where people want to gather, local businesses can thrive, and neighbors feel connected.

And to everyone who came out, whether you stopped for a sandwich, supported a local vendor, brought your family, or simply spent the afternoon downtown, thank you for filling the streets with smiles, laughter, and memories we'll carry long after the festival.

Because at the heart of Pork Roll Palooza is something much bigger than a festival. It's a town worth celebrating and people who believe in its future.

Thank you, Phillipsburg. ❤️
