The Philly 10K is a 6.2 mile road race through the heart of the city running past row homes, markets, restaurants, and Philly neighborhoods.

The fabric of South Philly: a collection of sights, sounds, scents & city blocks.

The Philly 10K offers a unique course that weaves through different pockets of Philadelphia. With all of its flavor, art, and vibrancy, the race has linked these neighborhoods for the past 13 years along a 6.2-mile stretch. A stretch shared by thousands of individuals both on and off the course who bring their own flavor to race day.

The Philly 10K is built on community, a celebration of running in the best city - for runners by runners.

We put a lot of thought into every part of the race and, especially when it comes to partnerships connected to The Philly 10K.

Our partners have to understand this race, this city, and the runners who make it what it is. A partner that adds to the experience - not just on race day, but in how we show up for the community. We are grateful for everyone we have partnered with over the years. They have all lived up to the standard.

At the end of the day, it’s more than a race. It’s showing up for runners, for this city, and for the experience we’re creating - together.

Appreciation time!

Since year one, Philly-based Photographer Matt Stanley has been documenting the scene of race day. Capturing the sites and feelings of what it’s like to run through the heart of South Philly. Some of our favorite photos though are not the ones of runners, but the ones of spectators sitting on their stoop and enjoying their Sunday morning as thousands of runners race through their neighborhood.
