We are thrilled to welcome Coach Shay to the Northern Belle High Tea Experience. As a speaker, certified sound practitioner, retreat host, and holistic health coach, she will be providing a transformative sound healing session for our guests.

Coach Shay educates and inspires others on best practices for living an easeful, balanced life. As a radical rest warrior and wellness guide, she infuses love and grace into her work to support others on their path to better health. After years in high-demand corporate roles and experiencing burnout, she found healing through mindfulness and music. Her passion for helping others rest, restore, and heal has become her life’s work.

Coach Shay is also the founder of Inner Sanctuary Wellness, where she curates events and offers services focused on rest and rejuvenation for the mind, body, and soul.
