A little over 7 months ago, I quietly stopped taking bookings and stepped away from Picnic Palette Co.
There was never an official announcement because, truthfully, life was moving faster than I could keep up with. After welcoming my son in 2024, I spent the last year balancing motherhood, business ownership, and all the beautiful chaos in between. Then, as he grew from a baby into a busy toddler and our family settled into life in a new state, it became clear that this season was asking me to slow down and be present.
While I quietly stepped away at the end of last year, it feels important to officially close this chapter and say thank you.
To every client who trusted me with your celebrations, every vendor who collaborated with me, and every person who supported my small business throughout 5 years of running Picnic Palette Co.—thank you. What started as a creative passion became something far more meaningful because of all of you.
Creating beautiful experiences and being a small part of your special moments was truly an honor and something I will always cherish.
For now, I’m closing this chapter of Picnic Palette Co. with a grateful heart. While I don’t know what the future holds, I know this season is meant for family, motherhood, and also reconnecting with myself outside of the roles and responsibilities I’ve carried over the years. I’m looking forward to embracing a slower pace, exploring new passions, and making space for whatever comes next.
