✨ Congratulations, Justin & Leah! ✨

Some weddings are special. This one felt personal.

Before permits were secured, before building plans were finalized, and before Highbanks was anything more than a vision on paper, Leah believed in us. She chose Highbanks when it was still just a dream, placing her trust in what this venue would one day become.

This weekend, we watched that faith come full circle as Justin and Leah exchanged vows surrounded by family, friends, and the beauty of the place they helped bring to life simply by believing in it from the very beginning.

As business owners, there are moments that remind you why you take the risk and keep moving forward. Hosting Justin and Leah’s wedding was one of those moments. Having the opportunity to celebrate with friends, neighbors, and members of our community made it even more meaningful.

Justin and Leah, thank you for trusting us long before the doors opened. We are honored to have been part of your wedding day and grateful that your love story will forever be part of the Highbanks story.

We had the honor of celebrating the marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Voyles this weekend, and it was truly a beautiful day from beginning to end.

From the love shared by their families and friends to every thoughtful detail woven throughout the decor, everything came together so perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful celebration.

A little behind-the-scenes peek at this weekend’s setup ✨

One of our favorite things about Highbanks is how flexible the space can be. For this event, they chose to use the loft in addition to the main floor — creating even more room for gathering, conversation, and celebrating together.

Seeing the venue come to life in different ways every weekend never gets old. Every setup feels a little different, and every event brings its own atmosphere.

And trust us… you’re not going to want to miss the decor with this one 🤍

I’ve already started reaching out to some fan favorites from our last series, but we’re also looking to bring in some fun new options this series.

Wedding weekends at Highbanks move quickly and beautifully. This is the only photo I managed to capture that’s actually shareable—I may need a GoPro or Meta glasses just to document it all in real time.

But it also tells the real story of what we do at Highbanks.

We stay on property the entire event day because there is always something happening behind the scenes, and our goal is to make sure you never have to carry that weight.

Here’s what that looks like in real time:

* Answering the constant stream of small (and important) questions as they come up: “Do you have tape?” “Can we do this instead?” “What do you think about this setup?”
* Quickly adjusting spaces when needed—moving ceremonies to the pavilion if weather shifts, then reworking layouts so the celebration continues seamlessly
* Shuttling guests from parking areas to the venue so arrival and departure feel effortless
* Adjusting and resetting food and beverage tables throughout the event so everything stays organized and stocked
* Bussing tables after dinner and keeping things tidy throughout the evening
* Keeping restrooms clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
* And handling all the unexpected moments that naturally come with a full wedding day

No two events ever run exactly the same. That’s exactly why we don’t step away.

We’re here to keep things running smoothly, quietly handle what needs to be handled, and make sure our hosts are free to actually experience the day they planned. ♥️
