***2026 BOAT/CAMPER STORAGE NOTICE***
The dates boats / vehicles may be put into storage at the Menard County Fairgrounds are: October 23, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.and October 24, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Rates for 2026 are as follows:

Boat are measured by the length of the boat/titled length. An additional amount of $50.00 will be charged for very tall or very wide boats / vehicles.

Motorcycles/Cars $175
Boats under 20 ft. $275
Boats 20 ft. – 26 ft. $325
Boats 26 ft. and over $375
Pontoons under 26 ft. $375
Pontoons over 26 ft. $475

Covered storage is available for campers/RV’s. The rates for camper/RV storage is as follows:

Campers under 26 ft. $375
Campers over 26 ft. $475

Don’t miss it!! Join us tomorrow night as we close out the summer with the End of Season Showdown - Demolition Derby at the Menard County Fairgrounds! Car check-in begins at 1:00 PM, gates open to the public at 4:00 PM, and the show starts at 6:00 PM!

The B**r Pavilion will also open at 4:00 PM. Cdubs Funhouse will open their inflatable water slide and slip & slide at 5:00pm!

Come out for one final night of fun at the fairgrounds! We hope to see you tomorrow night, and as always, thank you for your continued support of the Menard County Fair!

🎟️ SEASON BOX SEAT HOLDERS — IMPORTANT INFO! 🎟️

For the End of Season Showdown Demolition Derby this Saturday, September 12, season box seat holders will have first right of refusal on their regular box seats.

Season box seat holders may claim their seats between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM in the FAIR OFFICE on the day of the show.

Boxes are $30 each (6 seats per box, with a limited number of 5 seat boxes) — including for season box seat holders. Box seat holders must also pay regular gate admission, as the box seat does not include admission to the grounds.

Any boxes not claimed by 5:00 PM will be released and offered to the general public on a first come, first served basis beginning at 5:30 PM.

🏁 Derby starts at 6:00 PM!

We’re looking forward to one final night of the demolition derby summer season at the Menard County Fairgrounds!

Don’t miss the End of Season Showdown - Demolition Derby this week at the fairgrounds!! $15 adult admission and only $5 for kids 10 and under!!

Taft Concession, Udderly Delicious, and Brothers Corndogs will all be on site to serve you!

Cdubs Funhouse will be joining in the fun with their water slide, slip and slide, and foam cannon! $10 per hour or $25 for the whole night. Bring a change of clothes and a towel and join in the fun!

🚗💥 DON’T FORGET — THE End of Season Showdown IS THIS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH! 💥🚗

Join us at the Menard County Fairgrounds for one final night of demolition derby action!

Drivers: Bring those cars out and run ’em one last time before sending them off to the junkyard! Purse and class information is posted below.

🏁 Check-in begins at 1:00 PM
🧐 Chief Inspector - Kirby Manuel
⚠️ All cars must be checked in by 5:00 PM or be subject to a late fee
💥 Derby starts at 6:00 PM

Spectator Admission:
• Adults — $15
• Children 10 & under — $5

Come out, fill the grandstands, and help us close out the season with one final night of fun at the Menard County Fairgrounds!

⭐️End of Season Showdown Box Seats⭐️

Season box seat holders will have the first right of refusal to their regular box seat for the End of Season Showdown.

•Gates will open to spectators at 4:00 p.m. on the day of the show.

•Box seat holders must claim their box in the fair office by 5:00 p.m. the day of the show and pay a $30 box seat fee.

•Any box seats not claimed by 5:00 p.m. will go on sale to general admission attendees beginning at 5:30 p.m. on a first come, first serve basis. The cost will be $30 per box.

We want to make sure our season box seat holders have the first opportunity to keep their usual seats, while also giving general admission attendees the chance to purchase any box seats that go unused.
