Same Same doesn’t exist without the people behind the scenes.
Before the gates opened, before the music started, before thousands of people made their way back to the Beach, there was this team.
The people who showed up early and stayed late. Who built stages, hung decorations, fed crews, welcomed strangers, solved problems, moved mountains, made art, supported artists, kept people safe, and somehow figured it out when the plan inevitably stopped going according to plan.
Every department. Every person. Every role mattered.
What we create together goes so much deeper than a festival. Somewhere along the way, coworkers became friends, friends became family, and a group of weirdos with very different talents became one incredible team.
Out of all the people in the world, somehow we found each other.
To every single person who gave their time, energy, creativity, patience, heart, and probably a little bit of their sanity to Same Same But Different 2026… THANK YOU 🫶🏼
You are the reason this place feels the way it does.
And we’d choose this village over and over again.
