Beginning October 16, CasaBlanco Creative Blood Moon transforms Friday and Saturday nights into an immersive experience built around atmosphere, theatrical details and a cocktail menu curated especially for the occasion.

And yes — The Palate Tasting Room will be there.

If you love the discovery side of Palate Society, consider Blood Moon an invitation to explore beyond w**e for a night. Try one of the featured cocktails, take in the experience and come find me while you’re there.

Our first Palate Society tasting was such a fun night! 🍷

New faces and familiar friends joined us to explore six unique w**es inspired by classic cocktails, each paired with a light bite. A few clear favorites emerged — and one of our favorite parts was discovering them together.

Next up: Blood Moon Events with CasaBlanco Creative in October. The Thursday w**e tastings had limited seating and sold out, but Friday and Saturday nights give you themed cocktails and an immersive experience that's not to miss — we’d love to see you there. I’ll be joining the festivities throughout the weekend, so come experience Blood Moon and say hello!

Then in November, Palate Society returns with a Thanksgiving-inspired tasting.

The dates are set, and the fun is just beginning.

Join us for this series of pop-up w**e experiences coming to the Peoria area—creative nights built around great w**e, delicious bites, unexpected stories, and imaginative themes that make discovering w**e feel a whole lot more fun.

Hello, w**e friends! It’s been a minute, but I have good news: Palate has been quiet, but we’re still here. 🍷

When I first announced the Palate Tasting Room, the dream was a brick-and-mortar location. And while that dream is still alive — the first chapter is taking a slightly different shape.

Today I'm excited to introduce THE PALATE SOCIETY: intimate, ticketed w**e classes, tastings, and experiences hosted in different locations around the region.

Think thoughtful w**e education, beautiful pours, good conversation, and a community of people who want to learn, sip, gather, and enjoy w**e together.

It’s been another productive week behind the scenes at The Palate Tasting Room.

We’ve been meeting with contractors, coordinating project details, and making progress toward opening our doors in the Warehouse District. While we don’t have an official opening date to share just yet, we’ll be excited to share next steps as they come together.

In the meantime, we’ve started tasting with many of you through private, off-site w**e experiences, and we’d love to connect in that way while our space takes shape.
