Coaches,

Because there seems to be some confusion and differences on the recreational rules, we will be using the guidelines from the USASF rules. You do not need to change your routines, but you may need to change the level you are competing. The complete rules are found on the USASF website www.usasf.net (go to safety, then to rules). Sorry about the inconvenience, but in order to make this competitive for the different recreational teams with the different rules, this should clear up all confusion.
