Due to the snowy conditions the Fair meeting and Pembroke Trotting Association meeting will be postponed until tomorrow night. Feb 12 at 6pm. Pembroke Fire station! 6 Liberty Hill Rd Pembroke 04666. All are welcome to attend!

This lovely local bunch attended the MAAF annual conference in Bangor this month. What’s MAAF?

The Maine Association of Agricultural Fairs (MAAF) is dedicated to representing and promoting the
licensed Agricultural Fairs of the State of Maine through advocacy at the state and federal level,
preservation of fair traditions, and the advancement of agricultural education. We provide support and
resources to our member fairs, and foster collaboration to ensure their continued success and future
growth

August 29 & 30th! As always we need VOLUNTEERS GALORE to make this happen! 📣
Fair meeting is the 2nd Wednesday of the month at the Pembroke fire station at 6:30 pm. ALL ARE WELCOME!!

Thank you everyone who came to our best kept secret here in Washington County! The Washington County Fair in Pembroke wishes to thank you for being a part of the 2025 list of things and people to be grateful for! It was an amazing fun filled two days jam packed with exhibits, activities, competitions, music and food! The fair is something we all hold near and dear to our hearts here in Washington County. We are honored to have been host to all of you again this year!

We pulled through just like us DownEast folks always do! French fries are back on the menu again tomorrow thanks to some very helpful local handymen who jumped in and fixed our fryer! A great first fair day! Big happenings again tomorrow! Don’t miss the afternoon tractor pulls, end of the day pig scramble and our church service when the gates open at 9. See you at the fair!

Last night we met at the fairgrounds at sunset, once again, to prepare for the opening day! We are so proud and appreciative of all the folks who dedicate time and resources to make this happen every year. Preparations are complete..it’s GO time! Today and tomorrow 9-4. See you at the fair!
